I've made a new design! I know that it's been a loooong time since last update, but my dolling-activity has been very low and the little time I've spend at my computer, has been invested in my Danish site.

But here it is: updates, design and a new name for the site!

New doll, for 'Make your own Jedi'-contest at bunnystick. I'd rather not see her get into a fight in *that* outfit, but it got a bit out of hand and I just kept on drawing becuase I kind of liked the style. Now I like the way that she's so different from herself ^.^ This is my 3rd Claire-doll, and I've now got one in each colour!

Been couple of days since last update, but it's mainly because my Danish site has taken a lot of my time. Been reorganising all of my dolls, which turned up to be quite a projet!

Made this thing over my princess-doll, original idea from www.autumnpixels.com. I didn't really know where to put it, so now it's in the about-section.

Summer has finally come! And I've been to my first three exams. None of them counts in the end, so it hasn't been too bad. Caught a canary (bird) in our garden today. In case you don't know anything about Danish birds, I can tell you that canaries aren't native to Denmark, not even close. It's somebodys bird and we need to find the owners or somebody else who wants it... Plus my dad caught two mice in our garage - our home is turning into a zoo!

Made the following doll from scratch for a contest. Inspiration from www.xombified.com

New base, based on doll further down. The extra faces are the ones I used for animating.

Umm, it's been a while since I last updated, but it's not because I haven't made anything! So here it comes, a mix up of dolls and awards from the last two weeks:

Oh, yeah, I just needed to make this when I saw that base at Sanity Challenged... And I'm not even obsessed with him anymore! My hair isn't that reddish anyway.

Oh, yeah, I actually won a couple of contests - or three - while being offline, but getting the award up (that's right, only one, but I can prove that I won at least one of the other ones) will have to wait for tomorrow.

Staying in our scout house from today and five days forward, so I'm probably not going to doll a lot. Right now we haven't really got any Internet, but we should get it Tuesday.

Rearranged the bases section, all bases in a series are now in one single picture, also containing my link and an extract of my rules - so now there's no excuse for forgetting to link back! The excellent idea is a mix up from Shouri and ILCK (sorry, I kind of borrowed the rules from you...). A lot of the bases have come in new poses, with new faces and the like, so go check it out!

Made this doll couple of days ago. The great base is by Loki Angels and it's actually a boy, who got to look a bit girly when I dressed him in girl's clothes.... For a contest on MS as usual, this time with the theme Hospital.

Well, made this one new doll for a contest on MS today, base from ILCK:

Was trying a new way of making hair and was using the dolls on Autumn Pixels a lot for inspiration, and umm... was kind of copying some of it... well, it turned out a lot crappier than the beautiful originals, so noone would ever know about it if I wasn't saying it now...

New awards from Quitoxic (finally up again, weeee! go visit!) and Ajnat (easter contest: 1st, hair, shading). Ragnfrid says I shouldn't say "the usual awards from Ajnat" and because I love and respect her, I won't say it

Yeah, here we go again! Made some new dollz and I think I need to cut down on the doll-making, because people I'm chatting to have stopped asking 'what are you up to?', they just say the ' making dollz again, eh?'- thing and it's kind of embarrasing to say yes every time.

Well, made the first doll yesterday but spend most of the day today on doing the last details and saving it as a .gif-file - it must be a year since I last spend that much time on so little. The doll is for a contest in the endless row on http://www.ajnat.dk/flunky, the base is from Random Doodles (I can really recommend that site!).

Next doll is also for a contest on the same site, just don't know if I can enter with it. When it was done, the doll reminded me of the Little Mermaid who wanted to have to legs, and so I entered the MS contest where you have to make a character from one of Hans Christian Anderson's fairytales (and every Danish cild will now that the reason for the contest is that it was his 200 b-day on the 2nd of April). Base from Sabraelle's Garden - her bases are so lovely, just hate that you have to color them before you can get started :S

And one more thing: started a contest on my Danisj site again - actually two because I forgot to mention the last one here - and everyone is as usual welcome to join. Everything is written in Danish but I'll translate if anyone asks. First contest is on the theme Lord of the Rings, in the other you have to make a green and white doll with a skirt and either corset og corsage (like the green one above or totally different).

Made these yesterday, but finished so late that I had to just leave them on my disc until today... The friends are for a contest on dudu.dk with the theme friends. Because I'm a bit lazy, I made sure that the dollz would also fit into Monsum's '20 things'- contest, so that I could use the same dollz for both contests ^.^

Having problems with my computer, so I keep losing information and it really bothers me when I've written something and loses it again... argh!

Well, was surfing around on Ajnat's site today and found a couple of awards with my name on them. It wasn't my best doll ever, so I'm just happy I won anything at all.

Started a new contest on /anne, this time you have to make a doll over the situation: 'someone ate the last two bisquits!', and the 'red and green, hat and dress' contest is still open for entries. If you want to join any of them, just mail me and I'll happily translate the rules into English.

Made a doll yesterday night, for Ida on MS. Base is from Dark Rose and the doll is NOT FOR ADOPTION since I made it specially for Ida.

I don't know if it's because of the base or if all the chatting with Charlie has influenced my style, but this doll certainly stands out from my normal dollz...

New faces for my Celina base have been added! About time, the old one was sooo ugly... nevertheless it is still there at the end of the row of faces.... Much more satisfied with the base now, she looks really cute Her arms are still really stupid looking though, but I'm not going to do so much more about her right now.

Made these two for a contest. Meant to enter with the first one, read the rules over again to be sure that I had done it right, and found out that it was waaay too big =( Always read the description carefully! Made the smaller version then, but liked the big one better. Going to do something to the letters once I get some time, I'm sure it can be used for something in MS...

That girl delivers the bases as a black line To me it's fine - if I have the time, I think it's fun to colour bases and make up faces, but I thought the whole idea was that yo didn't have to do anything but dress them. You actually have to be a basemaker yourself to use her bases...

Update on my life: this Thursday: Maybe some scouting stuff in Copenhagen with all the koolest scouts in the area (or piano lesson?), Friday: party at school, Saturday: shopping in Coppenhagen with mum, Monday - Friday: have agreed to be host to Dutch girl, Friday - Saturday: some scout leader weekend, Saturday night: 18th birthday for one of my scout friends. + three biology hand ins and probably some Danish essay... busy weeks!

Plus: have been accepted as staff member on a scout course this summer! Weee! Really have to screw up badly to get kicked out again...

Something extraordinary has happened! I've made not only one, but two faces for the poor faceless Lluna-base! Not too satisfied with how they turned out, but it'll have to do, at least for a start.... (as if I'm ever going to make more faces for her - hehe...)

Made a new avatar for MS while at my grandma's yesterday. As usual, it's personal and therefore not for adoption. Plus added a link. The site is Danish, but the webmistress is thinking about making an English version too. Language doesn't matter anyway when it comes to making dolls, and this girl has a fantastic style!

Watched Pride and Prejudice today with two of my friends, and I must admit that I really feel like making some historical dollz, but I've got the time against me... Had to do a bit of updating today to keep everyone satisfied (especially in connection with the contests on the Danish site), tomorrow I'm going to pack and tuesday I'm leaving for a scout course, i.e. no computer for the following six days o.O

Encouraged by my succes in the Disney Contest, I decided to enter another one of Ajnat's contests (she's always got a lot running). This time the theme is Easter, and I've made the Easter bunny (is that what it's called?). Anyway, I combined it with some 'trying to figure that tollshading-thingy out'-exercises, so the result is my first toolshaded doll ever. I think I spent twice as much time on it as I would have done with pixelshading and I'm not too happy with the result . If I did it a couple of times more, I'd probably find out that it's a lot easier, but for now I'll just stick with the pixelshading. Proud to pixelshade in Paint! (think I need a banner for that )

I'm quite happy with some of my smiley's. The favorites' parade: . Except for these, I really like and , but they don't really match any of my emotions when chatting. So far, I've recieved a lot of positive respons on them and not one bad word

It's spring! Due to the calendar at least... There's something like 20 cm of snow outside and -6 degrees rigth now, so it doesn't really feel like spring. It was dear Tanya's birthday yesterday and her family made a surprise party for her, and some of her friends, including me, were invited. It was so funny to see her face when we all suddenly turned up ^__^ Let's do it again!

Today I got a wonderful email tellimg me that I had won a contest on dudu.dk!!! This means I get a link (to my Danish site) on dudu.dk and this further means lots and lots of visitors! (my only reason for joining the contest...)

Been sick for quite a while and today is the first time I've had enouh energy to do a little updating...

Made a couple of new dollz for Ajnat's contests, both on bases fom Historical Dolls. Used a lot less time on them than on all the other dolls I've made this year - but it's probably just because they're smaller and a lot less complicated, not because I'm getting better at it...

Anyway, I really like the last one - it's supposed to be a 'skovalf' (which translates into something like 'wood elf', but not quite) - though she's quite simple.... I love the bases while we're at it, and now I'll go to bed, so that I can get some sleep and get over this stupid illness...

The day of the Danish election for the Parliament! But I can't wote until next year, so I just spent the day making a new doll instead... It's for Ajnat's Disney contest and it's supposed to look like Mulan (she's my hero!) I'm very satisfied with how the sword ended up. The base is from http://lorelei.mystarseed.com again - I've fallen in love with it ^__^

As you may have noticed, I'm experimenting with a new way of making hair. I stumbled across Bunnystick last week, and just loved the way she/he (anyone knows?) makes hair, so I had to try it out of course.

The second one (two dollz in one picture) is for a contest titeled 'My self' on dudu.dk, where also the bases are from. I must admit that I didn't enter of any noble reasons, but just want to win. Links on the title page of dudu.dk is a fantastic thing to give visitors to a site ö As you may have noticed, there isn't much new on the dollz, they're just a mix of old thing, but I did it in last minute, and as I said, it wasn't to test my artistic skills...

Happy New Year! Finally got rid of the Christmas design. Decided along with Lucie (my great australian exchange scout) to go back to the misty morning design, because it's pretty (!) and then I wouldn't need to spend a lot of time on making a new one...

Also put the awards that I've won in december on my site, so alltogether I've got a lot of updating done! Hurrah! And best wishes for the new year to all of you!

Merry Christmas everyone!!!

<--- Made a Christmas card that I sent to all of my friends and people that I think I owe to show some attention... Sent it to 72 ppl all included, got 7 back immediately because of full mailboxes and 'recepients unknown', which just shows how loved I am - my friends won't even give me their new e-mail adresses!

But I don't care, because it's Christmas and I've got enough cookies to keep me full for the next two weeks ^__^

Umm, it's in the middle of the night and I just broke my glasses earlier today at a Christmas lunch/party with my class... not good... But I've done some updating of my Danish site, have finally ended the autumn contest and started the voting in the Christmas contest, so I feel a bit better now.
